Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by Participant:
1.1. If you wish to cancel your registration for the online training program, please notify us in writing by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com, or utilize the designated cancellation process provided by our platform.
1.2. Withdrawals during the Course: We understand that sometimes expectations may differ from reality, and we want to ensure your satisfaction with our product. If, within the first 2 classes of the online training program, you feel that it does not meet your expectations and you wish to withdraw, we will proceed with a 100% refund, no questions asked.
However, once you have attended more than 2 days of the course, you will not be eligible for any refund.
No Admission transfer from one learner to the other
1.3 Transfers to another batch You are free to change your batch at any point of time before the commencement of the course, at no extra charge. If for any reason you are unable to continue or complete the course, we would be happy to accommodate you in a different batch of the same course, at no additional cost.
1.4. In case of cancellation, you may choose to transfer your registration to another participant from your organization without incurring any additional charges. Please inform us of such changes in writing.
Cancellation by the Organizer:
2.1. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the training due to unforeseen circumstances, such as insufficient registrations, trainer unavailability, or technical issues. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide the option to transfer to another available training session or receive a full refund of the training fee.
2.2. We shall not be liable for any other expenses incurred by the participant, such as travel or accommodation, resulting from the cancellation or rescheduling of the training.
3.1. If you need to reschedule your training to a different date or time, you must notify us in writing by email or through the designated rescheduling process provided by our platform.
3.2. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours prior to the original training start time.
3.3. If the rescheduling request is made less than 48 hours before the training start time, it will be treated as a cancellation, and the cancellation policy mentioned in section 1 will apply.2.2. We shall not be liable for any other expenses incurred by the participant, such as travel or accommodation, resulting from the cancellation or rescheduling of the training.
4.1. If a participant fails to attend the online training without prior notice or fails to complete the training, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.Substitution:
5.1. In the event that a registered participant is unable to attend the training, a substitute participant from the same organization may attend in their place at no extra cost. Please inform us in writing about such substitutions.2.2. We shall not be liable for any other expenses incurred by the participant, such as travel or accommodation, resulting from the cancellation or rescheduling of the training.
6.1. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation and will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.Modifications to the Cancellation Policy:
7.1. We reserve the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at our discretion. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to participants through the email address provided during registration or by posting the updated policy on our website.
